Resource Navigation
Connect with our Project Coordinator and Family Outreach Worker for access to resources in your community that would best help you access the resources you require and need. We will also follow up with you and the resources to ensure you are best served by the host organization.
Parent Advocacy
Are you a parent seeking support navigating systems such as mental health, criminal justice system, and education? Do you need someone to occupy you to meetings? Do you need support to advocate for your child or youth? Our project coordinator will provide you the support you require to support your family.
